Daniela Strobel

Daniela Strobel studied economic sciences at Westfälische Hochschule Bocholt and completed her studies with a diploma thesis on the topic of trade fair industry. She started her career as the Head of Marketing & Tourism at the city marketing.

She then was the Marketing Communication Manager at an IT security company and responsible for the marketing in Germany, gaining valuable experience in every area of marketing and corporate communications.

In 2002, she co-founded cirosec, and she has since shaped the company in the areas of marketing, events and public relations. Particularly noteworthy is her role as organizer of the renowned international IT security conference IT-Defense, for which she is responsible from planning to organization and annual implementation.
