Lino Facco already acquired know-how in programming during his late school years. Following his high-school diploma in 2021, he trained as an IT specialist for system integration. During his apprenticeship he worked both in software development and in the internal IT department.
In the IT department, he was involved in the subsidiary’s vulnerability management, and he realized, both on a conceptual and practical level, the implementation of a monitoring system as well as the use of a vulnerability scanner for the company’s server infrastructure.
Since he finished his apprenticeship in January 2024, Lino Facco has been working at cirosec as a consultant, where he mainly conducts penetration tests of web applications and web services. In addition, he develops tools for red team exercises and war gamings to enable the simulation of complex and realistic attack scenarios, thus training the defending team.
